Full Moon dance festival celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. In honour of
this there will be an exceptionally broad and diverse programme comprised of 20 works that have been created by a total of 130 artists, including guests from Greece and Hungary. Dance works will also be performed outdoors in the town beside the local lake.

Full Moon dance festival has established its place at the heart of the Finnish dance scene, and over the years it has become the broadest and most important Finnish contemporary dance showcase. The festival has a lot to offer international foreign guests, as well as the Finnish dance community and professionals in the field.

There is a very wide range of courses on offer with something for everyone –
children, youths, adults, professionals and amateurs alike. In addition to the
best Finnish teachers, we will also be joined by two highly respected and
sought-after international pedagogues, David Zambrano from Holland
and Kosei Sakamoto from Japan.
